Monographic issue "Towards a Common European Framework and a New Governance of Migration and Asylum"
This monographic issue of the Review "Freedom, Security & Justice: European Legal Studies" (no. 2/2021) is the result of a Call for papers launched jointly by the Review and the PRIN on January 2021.
The Call was aimed at stimulating scientific debate after the presentation, by the European Commission, of a package of documents which constitutes the New Pact on Migration and Asylum.
